Tissan LLC is the company with a high-cultured production which successfully competes at the market of Russian Federation and countries of the near abroad. Company`s products are delivered to such automobile plants as KAMAZ OAO, AVTOVAZ OAO, GAZ Group, UTES OAO, UAZ OAO and so on.    
Production includes sites of polyamid tubes production and deposition of polyamid coatings, forming of polyamid tubes, production of spiral tubings and spiral polyethylene tapes.

COMPANY HISTORY

1997-2000 – under order of NTC KAMAZ OAO adopting of polyamid tubes for automobile industry begins. Up to 1998 polyamid tubes were presented only for exported automobiles.

2003 – together with French specialists and specialists of KAMAZ OAO technology of deposition of polyamid coatings on slotted bushes of propshafts is adopted.

2004 – as the result of the collaboration with technical departments of AVTOVAZ OAO and following their recommendations we adopt pulsator tube for modules of electrical fuel pump of cars which earlier was imported from Germany. Quality management system (QMS) of Tissan LLC is certified according to GOST R ISO 9001.

2005 – begin of implementing in the company requirements of GOST R 51814.1 (ISO/TU 16949).

2008 – Tissan LLC begins supplies to all the main companies of domestic automobile industry.  Technology of production of multi-layer plastic tubes for fuel systems is adopted, in order to enable automobile plants of Russia meet the ecological requirements of EURO-4 and EURO-5.

In 2008 certification for international standard ISO 9001 is carried out by Association on certification «Russian Register». VNIIS OAO confirms with the letter No. 201-2-14/21 the request-declaration of Tissan LLC from 28.02.2008 about conforming of Quality management system to ISO/TU 16949 requirements concerning polyamid tubes production after analyzing the functioning of the company`s Quality management system.

Tissan LLC is a member of «Povolzhsky quality club» and a member of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Naberezhnye Chelny and Zakamje region.

Ministry of Tatarstan Republic and Council for awarding premiums in quality from Tatarstan Republic government has awarded Tissan LLC «For achieving significant results in quality. 2007-2008».

2009 - Tissan LLC gets an award from Tatarstan Republic government in quality.

2011 - Tissan LLC certified quality management system according to ISO/TS 16949 in international body on certification BUREAU VERITAS Certification.



QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

In Tissan LLC integrated management system is created which meets GOST R ISO 9001-2008 (ISO 9001:2008), GOST R ISO 14001-2007 (ISO 14001:2004), GOST 12.0.203-2007, OHSAS 18001-2007 standards requirements. Certificate was issued by Agency of Certification of integrated management systems «Saratovskyi TSM» No. ROSS RU. FK 50.К00005 from 25.05.2010. In order to meet customers` requirements and to increase the effectiveness of the company`s activity, Tissan LLC has implemented and certified management system ISOTS 16949. Certificate was issued by «Bureau Veritas Certification» No. RUS-12447/TS from 08.06.2011. Tissan LLC is awarded with Tatarstan Republic government`s award in quality. Polyamid coatings of metal parts Our company provides services on deposition of polyamid coatings on metal parts for companies of automobile, tractor and petrochemical industries. Polyamid coating on basis of polyamid 11 Rilsan produced by Arkema company (France) has technical protective purpose, as well as is used as a substitute for lubrication in units with increased friction. Since August 2003 Tissan LLC carries out deposition of coatings for handles of cab lock and slotted bushes of propshafts of KAMAZ OAO trucks by polyamid 11 Rilsan. This coating is characterized by high impact resistance at low temperatures, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance (to impact of petrol, oil, salts, cleaning agents), thermo- and electrical insulating properties, weak absorption of water, corrosion resistance (test on salt impact during 2000 h ASTM B117), demonstrates elasticity and concussion resistance. Depostition of polyamid coating on slotted bush of propshaft enables to refuse from periodical lubrication of this unit while operating. Now it is being lubricated only once - when an  automobile is assembled on the assembly line.
